KAOSS Mini 2s Block Synth Patches?

Is there a way to block or remove the synth patches? Bubbles, siren etc are a sudden death experience in live setting when playing onboard bass or guitar.

It wouldn't be so bad if they weren't located at the end of the swiper range.
