Big problem

Hi everyone, what a wonderful site great to see all the Korgies all over the world, brilliant, on a serious note gotta problem with my LE, It started with the polarities on my sustain peddle, it will not save on Global even the rec start buttons, I also noticed it won't save any commands combi or solo.
I have checked to see if it has a battery, but without ripping it entirely apart
I could not see one. Any suggestions?
