Very very mysterious RPPR timing issue

Hello,
I am a very happy M50 user, making full use of all sequencer and RPPR functionality. When I listen through headphones to a 2-measure RPPR sequence at bps 126 all sounds perfect, it repeats for ever at perfect timing. However, if I connect the M50 to an advanced digital Allen & Heath Qu-24 it seems that after a while (1 a 2 minutes) the tempo starts drifting. As if all of a sudden the bps is gradually going down to 120bps or even less. Could it be that M50 tempo can be influenced by external (looping back??) analogue disturbance ? Any other ideas ? I know this sounds really crazy.
