Hello,
I´d like to transfer a sample set combining some factory samples and
some of my own to the Volca Sample.
I have trouble finding the factory samples as "single sounds"; all there
is to download is the original factory set as an encoded WAV-File.
Does anyone know of a source for the single samples of the original set?

I've got different samples on mine now, so it's hard to test, but I think the source individually would be the the iphone app...
Firstly, I think you need to delete the factory samples you don't want, to make some space / free slots:
1 Hold mute and and power on
2 choose sample to delete
3 push PART> to mark the sample
4 repeat for all
5 push record to finalise.
To see these instructions in the app, hit 'FULL?' on a factory sample.
From there it looks like you can change the position of each sample within the app by hitting transfer to move them about, and I assume load up new parts to any gaps.
