not sounding like KRONOS 2

Guys
i totally screwed up my last gig
went up with my new K2 61 keys and i don't know why the output was not sounding like it is Kronos
i checked
i took out from L and R seperately that's it pretty simple whereas my headphone out was sounding great

what i did wrong?
is it the cables, connection, or what may had went wrong that the sound was so bad

Was a mono PA being used? If so, some of the Kronos sounds e.g. pianos will lack the aural space that can be had with stereo.

What was the overriding characteristic of the altered sound? Was it too tinny/thin, distorted, or what?
