Volca Bass - Set Each VCO to New Midi Channel

I think I know the answer to this, and the answer is "No," but maybe someone figured this out.

Is it possible to set each of the VCOs to receive data from separate MIDI channels?

Not really one midi channel per vco, but he did a paraphonic mode. Only works within one Octave as note pitch converts note intervals to vco pitch.

Wait, then couldn't we also do this somehow with a MIDI keyboard, no software?
