SP 250 problem

SP 250 problem

I have a KORG SP 250. B4 C5 C#5 and D5 notes all play short with almost no sustain.I mean the natural ringing of these notes is cut off with no pedal and no reverb selected.(Even playing staccato.)
I wonder if any member knows of a fix for this problem? I would really appreciate any suggestions.
