Choppy distorted sample data

Hi everyone. I recently purchased an expanded Korg M3. Everything was working smooth. I uploaded some samples to my M3, M1 sounds, saxophones, real intruments, etc... Everything was working excellent until yesterday and now I have very distorted sounds only for the samples. I know this is more like a sample memory problem because I had a similar problem with my Korg Triton Extreme. I will try to clean the memory with some alcohol and maybe that's going to help. Any other suggestions? Does this sound I might have to replace the 256 MB card? I installed the card and the guy had it stored for a while and he gave it to me and I installed it. Everything was fine until yesterday and I am worried because I have a show Saturday and those sounds are a must for my show.
