161 Drum kits ? ( Page 105 in the Operation Guide )

Post by KroArp »

I didn't buy the instrument yet.
On Page 105 of the Operating Guide - at "Drum Kit memory structure", there is specified that Krome has over 161 Drum Kits, divided into Internal, User and GM - 0-31, 32-47, 48-56.
We exclude the GM, so the 0-47 Drum kits contain 161/48=3.35 "mini" ( smaller ) Drum kits inside.
- ?
We can find these detailed in the Voice Name List. But there is no other mention of the 161 Drum Kits in any other pages of all the Operating Guide, the Parameter Guide or Voice Name List.
- !
I can see in the Voice Name List, Drum Kits sometimes have 2 or more Drums per key, but they have IDENTICAL names SOMETIMES - e.g. 02 Basic Kit 1 C# 1 =Mono,755:Tsuzumi ... and many others ... if it's the same, why is it repeated ?

Even so, how do we select multiple Drum samples within the same WRITTEN ( already saved ) Drum Kit ?
( I can see we can select any sample BEFORE writing a new Drum Kit, not AFTER. )

Granted, we have 2078 Drum samples to pick and construct Drum Kits, but how ? Where's the space ? Where's the List ? Can we just put them anywhere ?

Thank you for reading.
