Why a Micro SD instead of a small SSD inside ?

They could have put a 3 TIMES SMALLER SSD ( memory capacity ) than the one in Kronos.
I've seen that the Micro SD inside gets corrupted from time to time - some customers were displeased by the errors and sudden stopped fuctionality.

Did this ever happen to Kronos users ?
