trouble with tempo

Hi (sorry about my english, i'm from argentina). I bought the Kross 10 months ago and a couple of days ago began a strange fault . The tempo changes constantly , until it reaches the maximum. Does anyone happened the same? Thanks

been having a similar issue where it randomly shifts through catagories at times, thinking if i might see if korg will fix it before warrenty is up
