FX on/off with pedal?

FX on/off with pedal?

Is there any possibility for me to toggle a particular FX only when I need it using a pedal?
I Cannot see it in the damper/pedal functions!

It doesn't have to be with pedal. I just need to enable Effect 2 in FX B at sometimes when only I need it.
That effect is Echo.
