How to lock Assignable button 3 setting ?

Hi guys.
Can anyone tell me how can I lock function assigned to button No3 (the one above joystick) ?
Im trying to set it as "Bass&Lower Backing" on/off switch.
So I set this function, I lock it (icon shows that its locked) and everything is fine until I power off the keyboard, after Pa4X is power back on the function of this button is reverted to "Off".
What I'm doing wrong ?

As I recall, it was sort of tricky. I believe I unlocked it, then saved the settings, then locked it again.
It seems there was a previous discussion of this on here somewhere.

After doing all your setup and locking, the next step is to save it in My Setting before turning the keyboard off.
