Is there way to create MP3"s or Wave files with Pa4X

Post by johnstep »

Hi guys, I'm a newbie and just purchased a Korg Pa4X. I've recorded a few sequences and want to convert them to a WAV or MP3 file. Can someone please tell me how to do this?

Hi Jonathan

Firstly, welcome to Korg Forums
Secondly, congratulations on getting this amazing instrument.

Regarding your question:-
Yes you can create good quality MP3s on the PA4X...
Rather than copy/paste here, the detailed instructions for doing this (with images) is on page 360 of the manual.
If you just bought your PA4X new it will not have this manual and you should download it - it is full of very useful info.
You can get it here:-

If you still have problems please get back to me

Cheers

Sooooooo simple. Press and hold the "RECORD" button till the window pops up. Decide where to store the recording (internal/USB) and hit "record" - start your sequence and voila! You're recording.
