What are the best resources for user arpeggiation writing?

My Korg TX is the centre of our studio keyboard corner.
I want to write some unique arpeggiations.

Such as:

Guitar strumming ARP : Latin style such as flamenco or Rhumba

The korg manual touches upon this area but is not well written IMO.
Are there good resource materials on creating arpeggiations?
