Lost Product Registration Key

What has been your experience with Korg USA support regarding a lost Legacy product registration key? I e-mailed Korg USA when I found I had lost my product registration key before having a chance to register it, and now it's been a week since I've received anything but the automated response. I provided them all of the details I had on hand (purchase date, TX reference #) but no response yet. Are they any good? Or are they just blowing me off hoping I just buy another copy of the Legacy product?

You don't need one.
You need to go here (korguser.net) and log into your account to either register a new account, or log into your account that you already have, and follow the directions to install the numbers needed.
There are listed associated korg help centers there as well.
You can also email the company or place from where you purchased it from.
You'd most likely need some email to show them of your purchase though.
In the future you should always backup your emails, and registration info though.
In your case you will have to search the email list on korgnet here, and choose a region close to you. Email them, and also email the place you bought it from.
