Crackling sound from some apps

I'm still wrestling with crackling scratchy sounds from some apps, especially Korg apps. Anyone else struggling with this?

yes I am too. Korg Module only works for a few minutes on either my iPad Air2 or my iPad Pro. I can't figure out how to determine what's wrong.

It also crackles when I'm using my iConnectivity Audio 4+
I'm using Kent pad with a Novation Impulse 61.

I have high hope for this rig if I can get the crackling to stop.

I wonder whether I have too many music apps? Still can't figure it out. Anyone have a solution.

On the Korg support website, it says there are some noise issues with Module and iOS 9.3.5

Are you using any audio interface with ipad? If you have some fast class apple/compliant interface, try that out as that'd skip the DAC giving you a little more juice.

and which iPad are you using?
I switched to a New 12.9 iPad Pro few months back and things have been quite stable, however running lot more synth apps can tax it a lot, especially Korg and the Moog ones alongside.
