Problems in Mexico

I've been trying to purchase a new Korg PAxxx keyboard for 2 months. I've sent over a dozen emails, none were replied to. I contacted the official Korg dealer in Mexico City. They hung up on me. I visited a music store in Merida, Yucatan. They offered me a PA-50SD which had been used for a demo for 5 years and did not have a power supply (not sure how they were using it w/o the PS). The really funny part is the price they quoted was over the original list price. I offered to buy a PA300 at OVER list price from them, they said they'd let me know and never did.

My question is "Has Korg EVER sold a keyboard in this country?" If so, was it an accident? They certainly didn't sell it via any of their dealers.

Words cannot express my disgust with the unprofessional behavior of music stores in Mexico.
