internal mixer

hi,been using the kaoss pad 3 for a month now and using it to capture and loop riffs from synths,it works great and holds time while playing along side roland tr8.
something i cant figure out tho is when i hold shift and press a sample pad to adjust its volume it mutes the other samples playing.

surely there is a way around this?
if i want to adjust say a bass line thats playing along side something else the i dont want the others to momentary mute.

any ideas?

seems crazy it mutes the other samples playing when i go into mixer mode.

It sounds like you need to update to v2 os.

just seen a vid on youtube that shows a guy using the mixer without other loops being muted!!!
