Help, Korg Krome 61 fuzz/distortion problem.

Hi, just recently my Krome 61 started having a slight distorted sound on all sound patches (program/combi/drums/etc) through any output (headphones, stereo/mono output). It happens even with the volume turned down a bit but not as bad. I tried doing a factory reset and updating the software, neither of which has solved the problem. Its like the main sound engine for the entire keyboard is getting overdriven somehow. Please help and thank you
