Can I Globally Assign Assignable Switches in 2.0?

I'd like to assign switch 3 over the pitch bender globally to Synchro stop. Is there a way to do this? I can only find how to save to a keyboard set in the manual.

Yes, you can assign it to whatever, if it's in the list. Then go to Locks and Lock the Switches, if you want them to always stay that way.

Can you be specific about how to do this? I go to the Pads/Switches page>Switch>and?

I've tried assigning it with the lock switch on the page locked and opened, and in both cases it doesn't stay set on reboot.

Here's what I just did, and I turned it off and rebooted to check:

Hold Shift and press the switch.
Select the function you want to assign. Check the LOCK square that appears there.
Save MY SETTING.

That should do it.

One quick question, if I may.Do you know if there is a way to have the keyboard boot up with Synchro Start on?

Not that I know of! Wish there were.
