Quick help wanted; start-up setting

Post by tommy1340millar »

Since updating o.s. whwnever I start up keyboard, the mic/harmoniser setting is at 0.1 factory setting.
No matter what I try, I can't get it to default to my user setting (as it was previously)
Any quick fix?

Many thanks in advance

Get the setting like you want them, then Save.
Then Save to My Settings.
You are probably leaving out the last step.

Don,
Cheers for reply mate!
That was the first thing I did....
Didn't work :(

I see that one of the new features is NOT saving voice preset with key set, but I had hoped I could get a 'default' setting

Mine is booting up to my custom vocal preset every time. I don't have it with me right now, so I'm speaking from memory.
I think there is a Lock somewhere that you may be missing. I left my 4x at the venue where I work and won't be in front of it until Friday, but if you haven't solved it by then, I'll double check everything I did.

I was just helping a friend here locally and we had the same problem.
You have to go to the Mic Setup page, and select the User Setup there, where it shows the factory default setting. After than it appears as the Global setting.
Don't tear out your hair, there is a solution! :)
