recording strummings

Post by keith-helen »

I am using 76 note 4x. Page261 of the manual lists the notes and what they play. The picture shows a 76 note keyboard and starts with C1 greyed up to B1

when I try to replicate this I have nothing between C1 and A .

My sounds start at the bottom of the keyboard and stop at B before C1. then the gap between C1 and A then the strum continues on Bflat B then stops.
I am just as hobbiest and do not fully understand the different strummings (its my ears and age)

I seem to be missing something somewhere.

I would be please to receive any comments /observations.

By the way it took me long time to fathom out how to get to the guitar mode, but I did it and am proud of my little self.

Best wishes

questions wrote:Whow do you try to replicate this ?
Do you use a factory Guitar sound ? (Guitar sound must be along whole keybed !)
Have you enabled guitar mode in the track you're recording ?
Have you checked track notes orientation in lower/high area ?
Guitar mode switches are preset automated midi events that plays the actual guitar sound above E1 !
For all above reasons , choose a factory style that obviously uses quitar mode , enter in record mode/Gt track
and explore the way it works playing notes that manual shows and a lot of your questions will be solved !
