PA 900 upgrade

Hi, I am the proud owner of the PA 900 and the PA4. Since I bought the 4, the 900 has been in bag in storage. It's been about a year since I've had the 900 plugged and did so today. Here are my goals for the 900:

1. Upgrade the songbook with songs I've put on the PA4
2. If there is a more updated OS I'd like to install it on the 900. The one I have now came with the 900.
3. Create SETS. I do not know how to create sets of music. The other day I was performing and had a heck of a time finding one of my songs in the songbook. During a gig that is not good.

If anyone has knowledge of a new OS for the 900 please let me know. Also need help on how to create Sets.
