Korg Monologue Sound Librarian Install Fail

When trying to install Korg Monolog librarian I'm getting the response:

Korg monologue Sound Librarian Installer Information: Error 2503. Called RunScript when not marked in progress. Error 2502. Called InstallFinalize when no install in progress.

Any ideas?

try this:

Problem is in permissions on "C:\Windows\Temp" folder.

Somehow Administrators-Full Control is not enough.

Added permissions as "<MyUser>" - Changed permissions and that was all that needed to be done, Installer worked again.
