A Strange question about SGX-2

So it's about how the way Korg kill the SGX-2's polyphony.
Choose a piano (maybe Berlin Grand),then use a very hard velocity to play a chord maybe Cmaj7, then quickly use very soft velocity to repeat these notes some times, you can hear hard velocity's notes are killed...
In perf.meter, you can see the polyphony not increase to the max, just keep about 20, but hard velociy's notes are killed...
so..why?

This obviously happens because they use OSC mode in single trigger mode for saving polyphony , so when sustain
is used then only the last (velocity) pressed note is sustained.
Remark Performance Meter , if you press a chord and you see "20" polyphony , then when you use sustain pedal and
re-trigger the same chord you should read "40" value , else it works in single note triggering !

but SGX not use in single mode, you can hear when you re-trigger notes, they
are not killed as soon, just about three or four times then the first notes were killed...

I have unloaded all K factory pianos since I use only WavesArt's Premium Grand Pianos Suite , so I can't confirm that
but it's a matter of simple maths ... press a single sustained note , read Performance Meter and then press damper
pedal and play repeately 4 times the same note in less than one second and read again meter value ...
If you do not see the multiplied by 4 value but instead you see the same first note value then it works in single triggering mode ...
in any other value case , just calculate the re-triggering circle to figure out how it works !

In real acoustic piano the same note re-triggering in higher velocity under sustain pedal , will suppress any lower velocity
oscillation but the string's timbre will be different than the standalone first hitting note timbre , providing different
harmonics and strings oscillation properties varrying symphathetic resonance.
