Help: what s your opinion in this Korg Extreme case?

Help: what s your opinion in this Korg Extreme case?

Just changed pitch wheel that was broken: the pitch works very well...

All seems work perfectly but
-sequencer can not change the choosen selected tracks: for example i can only play and record track 1 not 2.3.4.5.6......16
- in combi and sequencer i can not change the midi that is assigned to single parts: for example i can not choose if the second sound of combination play on midi channel global or 2 or 10

Some suggestions? Thanks to everybody will answer
