A good job m8. And it d/l fine.

For me? I sorta get this from the manual, albeit it is not laid out as neatly as yours :)

But I am 100% sure there will be many folks get a benefit from it!

I guess that if your are familiar with Excel then you can do some sorting etc to suit.

It's the sort of thing I would have done myself but I'm too busy learning how to play properly ... lol
