Problems updating Kross 1

Hi, I was updating the firmware of my Kross 1 and when turned it off and start it again, on the screen just appears (Korg Kross Music Workstation) and nothing else, like this all the time, no sound, keys no works.

What can I do?

Too bad.

Remove the SD Card and try again starting up the Kross.

Else, bring it back to your Korg dealer.

Yes I tried but still no working

I guess was wrong updating and now need a technician to write again in the internal memory.

I purchased the keyboard in GAK on line (I live in London)

I don't know where I can bring it to repair.

Do you still have warranty? GAK must have a return policy to help customers that still have warranty. I would contact them first in that case.

On the other hand, in London you should for sure find a Korg dealer.

Btw, to which version did you try to update? What was the installed version?
