No sound plz help

I have no sound. I press to record in can hear the clicker but no sound at all from the keys. Not on combination nor on program. I tried reset. The local is on. The display shows the volume line going up and down but not sound at all .

If I understand well, you check all programs in Prog mod and no sound?
Try to check a synth programs, any synth programs. No Piano or E.Piano.
If no sound on Piano but have sound on Synth maybe will need to replace the internal micro SD.
Call service.
