PA900 vs PA700?

Post by isaacl »

Not sure how many people out there have tried/used both, but has anyone ever compared the PA900 to the PA700?

I know the PA700 is missing the mic features and has a better screen, but they added a lot over the PA600, and while I like the PA900 a lot, and I'm sure it has some advantages, if someone has ever compared the two, curious if there's any reason to go with a PA700 over the PA900...

Thanks a lot!

Hi ,

I had the 900 a few years back, and to be honest I struggled with it, and moved on to a yamaha, but last november I changed again and bought a new Pa700 and love it to bits , best keyboard I have ever had, so to answer your question I do think the Pa700 is much better, easier to use than the 900

The main reason to purchase a Pa900 is mostly the AFTERTOUCH KEYBOARD - and that is another class of keyboards as such without this key controls.

This eliminates the need to answer the question, because the Pa700 has no Aftertouch keyboard and is not comparable directly - except one had an aftertouch keyboard and never used it!
kind regards

Why buy an old model that is redundant and is certainly not in the product line up in my country when you can buy a new 700?

The 700 does have a mike and guitar input
