Volca Sample Stuck in Song Mode...Need Help...

My Volca Sample is stuck in Song Mode.
After first turning it on, Live Mode works fine. Everything works fine, until I press the Memory button, then it immediately goes into Song Mode and will not come out unless I turn it off.
I can't figure it out.

Somebody, help.
This box is the main supplier of my band's sound. We really rely on this thing.
