NanoKONTROL Studio-NanoKONTROL 2 for Premiere on MAC

Hello
I am on a MAC SIERRA using both PREMIERE and AUDITION for Video Editing.

What are the differences between these two consoles?

I would like to use either one of them to fix and edit the audio on a movie. I prefer to use an external hardware rather than the mouse or the keyboard.

I have seen Videos on Youtube showing how to use the Korg nanoKontrol 2 with Premiere. However the video display a Windows machine I wonder if it works with MAC software.

Both controllers implement the MACKIE protocol which is available on PREMIERE and AUDITION.

Any suggestions or ideas?
