Electribe Emx2 and Behringer UMCHD204 no sound

Hello guys,
I need some help regarding the above subject,
I have connected my electribe with 6.5 cables to the audio interface and the story goes like this.
If I don t plug the usb of the audio interface I will get a very low volume sound from the eletribe.
But when I connect the interface to the MAC through usb plug there s no sound coming.The audio interface is USB powered so I really don t know what s happening.I am just trying to get all of the sound through the interface adding the midi out s and ins aswell for receiving midi clock from ableton.
Please help me!

Your enquiry sounds as if it is explicitly sound card related, have you tried a relevant Behringer help/FAQ/forum?
