Certain Program volume change per scene possible?

Hi!
If I am using Karma and like modules A for scene 1 and B for scene 2
And have Program a000 as timbre 1 on scene 1 with volume 127, can I have that same timbre a000 on scene 2 with volume 100?
(So has to be the same a000 and not same sound on different 1-16 timbre/location)
