Hi,
Bit of a strange question but I have a PAAS speaker on my PA4X. When I play the inbuilt demo's (as an example) I can stand in different positions around the room and all sounds great, plenty of bass and good quality sound. When I sit at the keyboard I lose the bass but retain the great quality sound.
Is there a way of improving the lower frequencies by adding an active subwoofer for when I am sitting at the keyboard. It might just be that I need to change the MAXX EQ settings to improve things.
Any help on this (particularly from PASS owners) would be greatly appreciated.
Chris
Can I add an active sub to a PAAS speaker on my PA4X

I use these settings by jonyblues and found them really good for pumping the bass up
But each to there own as they say
not sure about attaching a seperate base unit to the system

The PAAS system only has dedicated connections specifically for the 4X, the soeaker bar does include a sub woofer.
Personally I would never buy the PAAS I would prefer separate stand alone speakers including Sub and a Parametric Eq.
Whilst I only have a 700 I do use seperate speakers which give a fuller more rounded sound than the inbult system provides when funds allow I will get a sub and P Eq
