28 Brand New Korg Styles

Somewhat to my surprise no one overhere has mentioned the fact that with the release of the 3.0 Operating Sytem for the Korg PA4X, Korg included 28 brand new styles which can easily be loaded onto the PA1000 and the PA700. Personally I am only speaking about my own experiences , that is PA1000.
It goes without saying that you do not even touch the new OS but if you download the complete package you simply unzip the file go to "Musical Resources " and load the Style file into one User Bank. Overall they sound quite good though obviously sometimes they need some tweaking as there are more and different sounds on the PA4X.
Incidentally, the new 3.0 Operating Sytem for the PA4X seems rather flawed with quite a number of bugs in it, see the forum.
But like I said there is some really good stuff in here for your PA1000 and PA700.

Not worth bothering imho......(probably using differenr samples in the PA4X......)

Are good styles.
The keyboardset 2 are drawbar settings that are good.
Set 1 are Wurly EP and more
Work perfectly on the PA1000.

so go for it , you can alway delele it ...

Why ? They are already in a User Bank. Simply download the full PA4X full update, see earlier link, unzip file, go to the musical resources , open file, open
style and there you are : User Bank.

Like all the latest Bonusware styles they have PA4X souds that are not in PA1000/PA700 and instrument replaces them to the GM sounds.
Specially some Guitar sounds in Pop styles and orchestral sounds in Movie styles. I revoiced them and there is the result: https://www.online.ee/sharefile.php?sha ... 1524ba640d

Very good styles (on pa700), especially:
Chillout FS!,Venus Pop,Wake Me Pop,Crazy Little Pop,Groove Ballad,
maybe a few of them a little too quiet.
Although some styles use GM sounds, they play well.
Sometimes it is enough to turn off /mute/ perc. track

The styles from the os next are in Bonusware styles vol 34. But you can use the keyboard sets from os next if you download the os next upgrade. Inside the zip file is a resources folder where you can find the keyboard sets from the Pa4x next.
