Troubles with Tempo Knob

Hi everyone, I'm new and non-english speaker, so I'll do my best to explain my issue.

I have a Korg Kross 1, 61 Keys. It works perfectly but tempo knob is giving me troubles. When I move it, sometimes the time on display keeps going till the end (300 bpm), even though the knob is not moving.

Seems like it receives signal, but not from the physical knob, it look like it's an "electric" problem.

How can i solve this? It's just a cleaning problem? Should I remove the knob and clean it? Or should I send it to someone more expert?

Also, I just noticed this thing happens beacuse the knob is a bit "lifted up". If i push it and turn the knob while pushing, or just turn and push if time in diplay goes on, time stops and everything is all right
