KORG PA3X Freezes every time I try loading a MP3 from USB

Hi,

I’ve recently bought a second hand KORG PA3X 61. It has no damage whatsoever and not damage internally. However, when I try loading a MP3 into the keyboard, the screen and keyboard freezes until I pull the USB out. This has happened every time. What do I do?

I would try a new usb memory with just one mp3 song on it first ... you might have a bad usb memory ,(( even if it work in a computer but not the pa3x ))),,,and format the new usb in the pa3x also.....and after that if it do not work ... I would reinstall the OS system ... down load it from korg page ,,,, the OS 1.63
let us all know it if works...

under MEDIA buttom...

under backup and restoring musical resource ...
or under
Load
save
copy
delete
format +++++
usb ...

go to the media>format page
you will see a on the left side at the bottom..
DISK
change it to the usb

it might look like
Disk E
disk U

Disk XXX
