Volca keys independent sequences

Post by chidalgo »

Hi everyone again :D I have another question about volca keys.
I want to know if when I "memory" each sequence into the 1-8 slots, they can be independent, I mean: when I play with the knobs in different sequences, they remain the same and don't change. Do you know what I mean?
When I listen to the factory sounds recorded, they all seem different sounds, that's why I ask this question.
Thanks a lot!!! :D :D :D

Thanks for answering, what I mean is that when I "memory" the sequence I want, for example in slot number 1, then I go to slot 2, to create another "song" and the changes I do with the knobs affect to the song I had created in 1

If I understand the question correctly, then it is: why there are different knob settings on different sequences?
The answer to that is simply motion recording - a possibility to record knob movement into the pattern and thus giving the impression of almost saving a pattern together with a kind of preset, of which there are actually none on the volca keys.

Ahhh That's the answer, if you record the settings with motion recording, even if you change something in another sequence in another slot, it remains the same!!! Thanks a lot!!!!
