volca keyboard key blocked

Hello
after transporting my volca sample in the box with a jack plug pushing angainst the key "10" of the keyboard, this key is very often auto-activated (as I push on it).

I opened th volca, don't find ant mecanical trouble, and cleand the contacts of pads with alcool.
I suppose that is a capacitive sensor.

I do a firmware update and factory reset, but the problem persists.

I think my only solution is to unsold the connection of this touch.

But it's a multilayer PCB, so I don't see where I can cut the link. Is it maybe one of the DT components, visibles near of the back face of the pads ?

Anybody have an idea to help me ?
