Is there any way I can change the pitch (transpose) of a specific track in sequencer mode?
I mean, I have a song and I need that a specific track to sound 1 key upper from compass 120 to the end of the song.
I know that i can change a few parameters (volume, pan, etc.) using track edit --> event edit --> control change, but I cant find any control change (CC#) to transpose the track....
Any help would be very welcome.

This should be possible. From the Triton Extreme Parameter Guide p.101, it lists P2: Trk Param Pitch 1-8/9-16 "Transpose" as a parameter change message you can realtime-record in Sequencer mode.
Personally, I try to limit my use of non-performance MIDI control change messages in sequences when possible. It can create hiccups in the playback and other oddities, especially if you don't always start playback at the first measure or if you stop the sequence before it finishes. For example, if your sequence included a transpose MIDI RPN coarse pitch tune CC# as described in the next post, if you stop the sequence playback after the transpose but before the end of the song, the transpose will remain in effect if you then play manually. This may or may not be what you want.
Instead of using MIDI CC# to transpose, I would use a more direct approach.
Copy-and-paste measures from all tracks, appending to the end of the sequence. Then select those measures for the track you want to transpose and perform a bulk transpose (aka shift).

The CC# to transpose is actually a series of several CC#'s that comprise the MIDI RPN coarse tune message (RPN="Registered Parameter Number").
This is described on pp. 293-294 of the Parameter Guide. It is helpful to have a calculator that supports hex-to-decimal conversion while reading it, and some experience programming the computer on the lunar command module while entering it on the touchscreen. But it boils down to this:

Insert 4 new control change events just before the measure to start transposing:
