I can't seem to move to new migration

I can't upgrade or move to the new migration. I installed the Legacy - M1, Wavestation and MDE-X on new hard drive on updated Mac. The last update was 2017. It worked fine. But now I'm on Mojave 10.14.6 and the migration isn't working. I input the coupon code like the instructions indicate. I hit apply code and it keeps saying that that code is being used already. I proceed but it's a repeating zoo. Any ideas?

This means I'm stuck in the water. The Korg products I have won't launch. They appear unregistered. Help.
