Korg Collection license

Hi everyone.

Recently i bought both Korg M1, Wavestation, Mono/ Poly
vst plugins for pc / mac.

My questions here is, how many computers
can Korg M1, Wavestation etc, be installed on ?.
So far i have installed and activated all
three plugins on one computer only.
Another anoying thing is, when starting cubase , Korg Collection vst plugins
need internet access each time, to validate license, is there anything i can do, to avoid this ?.
I dont want to have my internet on turned all time !.
