syncing ableton to Montortibe and Kaossilator

Hi,
I can't seem to sync my montoribe to Ableton 10 even though I've installed the amazing machines midi connector. Does anyone know how to do this?

Also, I can't seem to get my Kaossilator recognising Midi even though I've installed the drivers and the editor. Has anyone else had problems with this?
