Cannot Post in Kronos Forum -- Error Debug

I'm getting the following when I reply to a post in the Kronos forum:

Could not connect to smtp host : 0 : php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: No such host is known.

Check your posts after - most of them are getting posted ok - I am hoping someone will look into this.

Well I'll be.. you're right!

My last post to THIS area of the forum took over ten minutes for the 'waiting' message to clear and for the result to appear.

Maybe the forum is hosted on a dial-up connection?
