Error after posting

After submitting a new post, I've been seeing this for a couple of days. The post is still successful, you just don't redirect to it and land on an error page.

Could not connect to smtp host : 0 : php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: No such host is known.

Edit: looks like this is possibly only happening on replies, not on new posts.

This happens when posting and PMs and other times.
It is being checked out.
Just be aware that your post/PM/reply etc WILL go through despite the error
