Brand new Korg Volca Keys - strange noise

I just received my Korg, Volca Beats, Mix, Bass et Keys. All works well except for my Volca Keys. It makes a strange noise and even sometimes, it only does a "tic" noise. It's far from what I've seen on some tutorial videos like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wiCOI_ec00Y

I am disapointed. I tried watching various tutorial and I am not able to get the same sound. I even start thinking it might be deffective! Should I return it ?
