EM-1 keeps playing after MIDI Clock Stop

Hi,

I just got an EM-1. I can start it in sync with my Ableton but when I stop Ableton, the EM-1 starts again and keeps playing. I assume that it is because it switches to internal mode when no external signal is received as stated int he manual.

Is it possible to have a workaround for this or do I need to always stop the EM-1 with the Ableton at the same time to stop them both?
