KP3 - Triggering one sample after another

Hi there, I'm new to the KP3 and was wondering if any of you experts might be able to help me. Is there anyway I can say, have a sample playing looped on button A, and then press button B to trigger another sample to play after the end of loop A? Loop A would need to stop at the end of its 8 beat cycle and then loop B would begin, if that makes sense! This might not be possible but thought I'd ask!
